Seed Funding and Beyond

We help early-stage companies grow quickly in the midst of their runway and burn rate realities to become profitable. We're interested in investing our own money and/or providing sweat equity and resources via our growth services, portfolio of companies, and strategic partnerships to help our partners succeed and continue a positive growth trajectory.

We also work with VC and private equity firms to serve the investing needs of our partners, from startups to lower middle market organizations looking for Series A, B, and C funding. We also invest by acting as fractional C-level executives in many of our portfolio companies.

We are currently looking for investment opportunities in businesses with annual EBITDA greater than $300k with a 10-15% or greater EBITDA margin.
