The People Behind R1X2
The People Behind R1X2
R1X2 Growth Partners is the creation of Mark Stubblefield and Tim Horn. Mark and Tim have worked together in business for more than 15 years and have experienced many successes and failures along their business journeys. R1X2 is the culmination of their successes.
Working together and independently, and along with R1X2's other managing partners, Tim and Mark have an amazing sandbox of businesses, tools, investment vehicles and relationships that they leverage to help other entrepreneurs succeed, as well as 20+ of personal business experience as entrepreneurs working in the world of venture capital and private equity.
Both Tim and Mark are actively engaged as fractional C-level executives in their various business ventures, and work as consultants, investors, and advisors to help their friends and partners in the business community.

We've had the privilege of working with more than 700 businesses and thousands of individuals, and we are constantly looking for ways to benefit our partners through the people and businesses that have benefited us.

Tim's passions outside of work include his family, bodyboarding, Philadelphia sports teams (Go Birds!), world history, recreational sports, and reading.

About Mark
When he isn't working, Mark enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Amy and their six children (yes, he has six children), reading historical biographies, and driving his Land Cruiser (he's obsessed with them) off-road in the Texas countryside.
